1. Description of service
WhaleLand Swap provides multi-chain aggregated market data, swap quotes, contract risk scanning and AI Agent API tooling. The platform is non-custodial: it does not hold user assets, does not store private keys and never signs on a user’s behalf.
2. User responsibilities
Users must assess trading risk for themselves and safeguard their wallet, private keys and seed phrase. WhaleLand is not liable for asset losses caused by the user’s own actions.
3. Intellectual property
Rights in the WhaleLand name, logo, whitepaper, documentation and source code belong to the WhaleLand team and may not be used commercially without authorisation.
4. Disclaimer
Risk data is sourced from third parties (such as GoPlus Security). WhaleLand gives no express or implied warranty as to its accuracy, completeness or timeliness.
5. Changes to these terms
WhaleLand may amend these terms at any time; the version published on the official website prevails. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
